Dear Emporia State Federal Credit Union (ESFCU) member,
We know there is growing concern as the outbreak and impact of the Coronavirus (COVID-19) continues to evolve. Ensuring the health and well-being of our community, our members and employees is always a top priority, and is especially critical at this time.
ESFCU is committed to taking care of your banking needs and those of your family on your terms. With safety in mind, we are closely monitoring the Coronavirus (COVID-19) and are taking precautions based on guidance from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and our local public health officials.
ESFCU has therefore elected to temporarily move to utilizing drive-thru only service at both of our locations, beginning Monday, March 16th, 2020 until further notice. The Lobby will be open by appointment only.
This measure is a proactive precaution to employ ‘social distancing’ practices in an effort to protect both our members and employees while staying available to serve our members during our normal business hours.
We expect the increased traffic in our drive-thru lanes may slightly slow the pace of service at times. We appreciate your patience as we work to conduct business in the safest way possible during these unique circumstances.
Our normal drive thru hours are:
