ESFCU appreciates your patience as we convert to a new online and mobile banking experience. This upgrade will allow you to take more control over your finances, access and move funds with ease, and have a convenient, simple banking experience. Below are a few changes to expect and answers to frequently asked questions.

Enrollment Questions

Yes, but it is easy to do. First, make sure your cell phone # and email is up to date on your ESFCU account. You will need your account # to enroll. Don’t know your account #? Contact ESFCU by text/phone at 620-342-2336.

Yes. You will create this when you enroll.

Usernames: must be at least 6 characters in length, and contain at least 1 number and letter, and no special characters. 

Passwords: must be at least 8 characters in length, and contain at least 1 uppercase letter, 1 lowercase letter, 1 number, and 1 special character.

All joint owners now have the ability to create their own unique login. They must verify their contact information is up to date as well.

Yes! This process is simplified from the old online/mobile banking platform. You can now reset your password using the “Forgot Password” or "Need Login Help" button on both online and mobile banking.

Accessing Online and Mobile Banking

The following browsers are supported for our online banking system:

Yes. All ESFCU members with mobile banking will need to download the new app on February 14, 2024.

Nope! If you enroll in the new online banking, you will automatically be enrolled in the new mobile banking. Users that enroll in mobile banking are also automatically enrolled in online banking.

The same login credentials are used for both online and mobile banking.

Accessing My Money

Nope! All debit and credit cards will work as expected.

Nope! All automatic transfers will remain the same.  The new online and mobile banking will allow users to set up new transfers on their own as well.

Yes. Users who wish to transfer funds to from their ESFCU account to another ESFCU member will need to set them up as a “contact” in online or mobile banking. Users will need the members name and cell phone #.

Do you make constant transfers to another account you own? Ask ESFCU how to simplify this process!

More Information!

Yes. Your current alerts will not transfer. Setting up new alerts is easy and user friendly. Daily balance alerts are processed at 10am Central. All other alerts are processed as needed hourly.

Yes. You are able to access all history on your account. History is limited to 12 months per search. Accounts default to the most recent history for the past 12 months.

Yes, and no. Remote deposit is still free and simple to use. You will notice a different experience that allows for more controls and easier check capturing.

Online Banking Home Page Explained

Choose between tile or list view

Online banking defaults to a tile view of your account. These can be rearranged by clicking the gear icon. Don’t like the look? Click the list view icon on right hand side (3 horizontal lines)

Credit Sense

Existing users of Credit Sense will need to re-enroll.  New users will need to enroll.

To enroll, click on the Credit Sense icon on dashboard page and follow enrollment prompts.

Between Accounts

This is where all transfers live. Move money to your different ESFCU account, pay loans, and advance from your HELOC all in one spot!


Send money to another ESFCU account.

Loans Due

View upcoming loans due and make loan payments, all from one screen.


View transfers you have scheduled and create recurring transfers.

Note: Automatic transfers that were set up by ESFCU staff prior to the online banking conversion will not display.


View, download, and print account history.

My Recipient

Set up new contacts to send funds from your ESFCU account to another ESFCU member’s account.
